From the experience of our collaborators, TNI and Project Expo, fair-trades have been an excellent environment to gain new customers and generated partnerships between real estate companies and financial ones. "Real Estate Race" is created as a natural sequel of the steps made by Imopedia.ro to support the real estate market. The fair trade from the seaside is perfectly integrated with the series of premium events organized by Imopedia.ro. Here are some of them: The Round Table from the Intercontinental Hotel where we discussed very interesting issues specific to a period of crisis (Who is determining the price of houses in 2010?), the National Conference of Romania's Real Estate Agents and also the CIREC course teached by Tony Macaluso, one of the most respected international trainers of the National Association of Realtors.
"Real Estate Race" intends to promote in a relaxed business environment the whole specter of the real estate industry: exceptional real estate projects, bank products, real estate and financial consultancy services, solutions and services for house and garden. And because it is more than a real estate exhibition, we prepared some surprises to our visitors, in order to make a great show from "Real Estate Race". In the same place, respectively on the Rex Hotel's beach, we will bring top cars that will show once again that they deserve their place in the premium class. But the regale doesn't stop here! We invite you to take part to a yachts contest organized on the Black Sea in partnership with Blue Marine yachts, where many yachting fans from Romania and abroad announced their presence.
Near the exhibition place will be located another space for business and media lounge especially for media representatives, PR professionals and businesspeople. This media center is the ideal place for interviews, changing ideas and transmitting the written articles.
